You can contribute to this site and help others in two ways. You can comment on existing articles, or you can write new ones.

Commenting on existing articles

Commenting on new articles is easy. If you have anthing to add to an article, or have spotted an error, add a comment, and if necessary the article will be amended or improved. To add a comment, you'll need an account.

Adding comments is easy:

  1. If you don't already have one, create an account using the login box at the bottom right, making sure you provide a legitimate email address.
  2. Confirm your account by responding to the email you receive.
  3. Log in using the login box at the bottom right.
  4. When viewing an article, click the Add a comment link at the bottom.

Adding new articles

If you've got something to share that isn't already on the site, you can add a new article. Perhaps you've had a problem and had to find the solution yourself. We're looking for any articles which provide the sort of help and advice that you won't find in the manual.

Getting started is easy:

  1. If you don't already have one, create an account using the login box at the bottom right, making sure you provide a legitimate email address.
  2. Confirm your account by responding to the email you receive.
  3. Log in using the login box at the bottom right.
  4. Get in contact and request permission to create articles.
  5. Once you've been given author privileges, you'll receive an email.
  6. Get writing!

All articles are checked before they are published on the site, so don't be surprised if it takes a while for your article to appear.

Similarly, if you find an error in an article, get in contact. You'll need to be a registered user to do so.
