• Symantec Technology Network
• New Backup Exec support articles - the last 30 days worth of Knowledge Base articles and downloads
  
• Direct Assist - Manage your support cases online - you need to have a support contract for this. Direct Assist has now been discontinued.
  
• Technical Support phone numbers - you need a support contract for these though.
• Backup Exec Tech Center - extra technical help from Symantec. Costs money though.
