How does Backup Exec System Recovery Option integrate with Backup Exec?

In short, it doesn't.

Backup Exec System Recovery Option is effectively a feature-reduced version of Backup Exec System Recovery Server Edition. It is installed separately to Backup Exec, and administered separately.
